Siria is divided amongst central powers and mutiple, mostly brutal, islamist groups. A large part of the country is in ruins. Fotographer and reporter Zoran Marinović has returned from Homs and Damask and brought with him terifying testimonies. Once the third largest city of Siria is now in ruins. A big part of the 700 thousand citizens have abandoned it. In that city many anti-goverment riots tuned into an open battle against the military loyal to president Asadu in just a couple of years. Up untila couple of months ago there we battles for the city taking place. The opposition called it a revolutionary battle while the government called it terorism.
